They are seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a content strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the overarching content strategy aligned with company growth objectivesPlan, create, edit and optimize high-impact content across owned and distributed channelsEngineer and refine AI-assisted content workflows to scale production of high-impact content across various formats (blogs, landing pages, case studies, social media, ad creatives and sales content)Produce a consistent volume of high-quality, SEO/AEO/GEO optimized content daily/weekly, maintaining brand voice and editorial standardsEstablish editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and content quality benchmarksTranslate complex product, data, and market insights into clear, persuasive narrativesPartner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support pipeline and enablementManage the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation and production to distribution and optimizationOversee content calendars, workflows, and contributor timelinesEnsure consistency of messaging across owned channels, paid channels, thought leadership, campaigns and customer materialsTrack and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategy and executionManage and mentor external contributors or agencies, as neededSkills5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling rolesProven experience developing and executing content strategies tied to business outcomesExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong editorial barExperience producing content for B2B audiences, preferably enterprise or SaaSStrong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO principles, keyword/topic strategy and content optimization including awareness of how generative search and AI-driven discovery are reshaping content visibilityComfortable working with AI writing and content tools as part of an efficient, high-output content workflow, with a clear point of view on where AI accelerates production and where human editorial judgment is non-negotiableExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teamsAbility to operate in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environmentsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyClear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in data-driven, technical, or AI-focused domainsExperience building or operating AI-assisted content systems, including prompt workflows, skills, agents and automated content distribution pipelinesFamiliarity with demand generation, lifecycle marketing and content analyticsExperience scaling content operations or building repeatable content systemsBackground in startup or seed-stage environments, comfortable operating with speed, ambiguity, and evolving processesExperience managing freelance writers, editors or creative partnersBenefitsCompetitive salary + early-stage equityFlexible remote-first cultureOpportunity to work directly with founders and shape product and customer strategyBuild relationships with innovative customers solving hard problems with AICompany OverviewGrowth Signals is an AI-powered system of record and communication for corporate innovation.
