Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Expedition is a rapidly growing travel company seeking a Supply-Content Specialist to join their Supplier Partnerships Team. This role focuses on onboarding new Tour Operators and suppliers, ensuring a successful launch and long-term success on their platform while managing multiple projects and building relationships with suppliers.ResponsibilitiesManage the onboarding process for assigned suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch experienceFollow established onboarding processes, playbooks, and documentation to maintain consistency and qualityTrack and achieve onboarding KPIs, including time to launch, activation rates, and content quality standardsCoordinate onboarding activities across multiple internal teamsServe as the primary point of contact for suppliers throughout onboarding and early-stage developmentProvide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to help suppliers succeed on the platformRespond to supplier questions and proactively address onboarding challengesEscalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining a positive supplier experienceReview supplier content to ensure it meets platform standards and quality expectationsOptimize product descriptions, inclusions, meeting points, imagery, and other content for conversionConduct quality assurance reviews before products go livePartner with suppliers to resolve content gaps and improve overall product qualityWork closely with Supply Operations and technical teams to support supplier integrationsAssist with onboarding-related technical tasks and connectivity validationTroubleshoot day-to-day onboarding issues and identify whether they are operational or technical in natureCollaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyIdentify onboarding bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiencyRecommend updates to onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooksTrack supplier onboarding performance and share insights with the broader teamSupport initiatives that improve supplier activation, content quality, and long-term supplier successLeverage AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and processesSkills2-4 years of experience in supplier onboarding, account management, operations, content management, or a similar roleStrong organizational and project management skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with both operational and technical teamsBasic understanding of how APIs deliver pricing, availability, and content into a platformComfortable working with large amounts of data across multiple systems and CRMsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English with strong written communication skillsMarketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experienceBenefitsAnnual company bonus (up to a total of $3,000, based on company targets - deferred eligibility)15 days of leave (increases to 20 days at 2 years tenure)Company Healthcare Plan (Company contribution $9K with 2 completely covered plans)401K company planAnnual work from home budget $500Annual training budget of $250TSA PreCheck (worth $80)Annual Project Expedition tour credits of $750Employee discounts on thousands of tours and activitiesCompany OverviewProject Expedition is a discovery and booking website for things to do in travel destinations around the world.
