Pearl Interactive Network is seeking Seasonal Contact Center Agents (CCAs) to join their Talent Community in preparation for future disaster relief efforts. The role involves answering inbound calls to support hurricane disaster relief needs, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.ResponsibilitiesServe as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for disaster assistanceConduct all calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to determine needs, and provide instructions and /or referralsEnter information into Windows-based computer database as required, while following instructions and conducting a scripted interviewProvide phone numbers and agency referrals as necessary for applicable secondary support organizations and other assistanceEscalate dissatisfied callers to proper channelsDisplay excellent communication and customer service skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all communications, such as reading, writing, and speaking English fluentlyEnter information into Windows-based computer database as required, while following instructions and/or referralsSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be a U.S. CitizenMust have at least 6 months of customer service-related experienceBasic knowledge Microsoft Office SuiteMust have high-speed internet connectionBroadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. No Satellite ConnectionsEthernet cable access. Wi-Fi-only connectivity is prohibitedPrivate and secure workspace within your home.
