Consultant Performance Analytics

The Performance Analytics Consultant will work with the Personal Lines team to execute data-driven strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities Work with teammates to perform monitoring tasks of strategic initiatives and products, identify areas of risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Work with & understands production, performance & modeled metrics Develop a deep understanding of Personal Line data assets. Has the ability to combine data from multiple disparate sources Provides solutions to customer needs on large-scale projects and ad-hoc questions.
