[Remote] Consultant - Systems Integration & Data

This role involves designing, developing, and supporting integrations between APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise applications, while engaging directly with clients to implement new technologies and processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and support integrations between APIs, web services, databases, ERP systems, and business applicationsCreate scripts and automation processes to extract, transform, validate, and synchronize data across multiple systemsDevelop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL queries, and file-based data exchanges (JSON, XML, CSV)Work directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements, understand system architecture, and define integration specificationsPerform data mapping and transformation between source and target systemsTroubleshoot and resolve integration, connectivity, performance, and data quality issuesParticipate in client meetings, workshops, requirements sessions, and implementation activitiesAssist with integration architecture, solution design, and technical recommendationsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data mappings, API specifications, testing plans, and support proceduresSupport testing, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesCollaborate with project managers, developers, solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver successful integration solutionsEnsure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance requirementsMonitor and maintain production integrations, identifying opportunities for optimization and automationSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience1–3 years of experience in systems integration, software development, data analysis, application support, or a related technical roleExperience working with APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologiesExperience writing SQL queries and working with relational databasesUnderstanding of common data formats, including JSON, XML, CSV, and other structured data formatsBasic understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and application connectivityStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environmentU.S. CitizenshipExposure to enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Data Factory, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Alteryx, or similar technologiesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft AzureWorking knowledge of Oracle technologies and platforms an advantageFamiliarity with database design, data modeling, ETL processes, stored procedures, and enterprise data integration conceptsExperience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence platformsFamiliarity with data warehousing, big data, and data lake conceptsBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including base salary, incentivesFully paid medical coverage for our team members401 (k) with matchStandard holidaysGenerous vacation timeCompany OverviewIntra Management Solutions (IMS) is a project performance company that delivers superior project management services to achieve next-level performance.
