You will be the voice of the market within the product team and a key contributor to how we bring our solutions to market.Your mission is to uncover customer needs, validate product-market fit, and craft compelling positioning that drives product adoption and commercial success. Youâll lead research initiatives, generate insights, and collaborate across departments to support go-to-market execution and continuously refine our product narratives.This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves turning deep customer understanding into impactful action.What Youâll DoYouâll be responsible for three core areas: market insight, go-to-market contribution, and customer engagement.1. Problem-Solution Fit & Hypothesis ValidationDesign and conduct deep market research to understand industry trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscapesIdentify and validate market opportunities through structured customer interviews and qualitative insightsPartner with product managers to define, test, and iterate on product concepts and value propositionsDeliver actionable insights that shape product and marketing strategy, including ICPs, segmentation, and problem definitionsAnalyze customer feedback and market signals to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities2. Market ActivationContribute to product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and buyer personasCollaborate with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams to co-create go-to-market materialsSupport go-to-market initiatives by aligning messaging across channels and teamsProvide input on launch planning and help ensure timely, effective executionMonitor launch performance and feedback to inform future iterations3. Customer Engagement & Feedback LoopsEngage with prospects, customers, and industry experts to gather ongoing insightsConduct discovery interviews and map buyer journeys to refine personas and messagingBuild feedback loops that help the product team stay aligned with evolving market needsWhat Youâll NeedProven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working in product marketing, product strategy, or user research rolesExperience working with complex products and Enterprise buyers, including navigating long sales cycles, technical buyer groups, and multiple personasStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn market data and customer feedback into actionable insightsHands-on experience with qualitative research methods and structured customer interviewsDemonstrated success in supporting go-to-market efforts and crafting compelling value propositionsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalGerman language skills are a plus, but not requiredA bias for structure, curiosity, and iteration. Youâre comfortable with ambiguity and confident in shaping new ways of workingFamiliarity with market sizing methodologies, buyer segmentation, and competitive analysisA strategic mindset paired with operational excellence. Able to both think big and execute thoroughlyOffice MixThis role is currently an Office -Mix Hybrid role. This means you would chat with your leader and team for the number of day you need to be together to collaborate and achieve outcomes in close proximity. This is often 1 - 2 days a week.
