The Consultant Engineer role involves configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical solutions, while providing strategic guidance for Microsoft-based environments and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.ResponsibilitiesAssistance in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing offerings technical solutions for our customersResponsible for work assignments from Project Managers and/or technical leadersDeliver Microsoft-based consulting engagements from design through implementation and supportWork with and develop expertise in many enterprise data infrastructure products from one or more of the following vendors: Aruba, Avaya, Five9, Cisco, HP, Microsoft, NetApp, Palo Alto, VMware, and EMCConsistent, accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and related documentation including daily timesheetsMeeting the billable/chargeable targets set by the company. Billable and chargeable time should consist of assessments, planning, design, configuration, installation, and support of the solutions offered by the practiceAttending seminars as requested by the Professional Services Management TeamTravel: To Customer sites as needed.
