[Remote] Connectivity Inventory Consultant

They are seeking a Connectivity Inventory Consultant to support inventory accuracy, material visibility, and demand planning for hyperscale data center clients, while collaborating with various teams to ensure connectivity materials are effectively managed.ResponsibilitiesSupport connectivity inventory management and material control processes across multiple campuses and programsMonitor inventory levels and material availability to support project execution and demand planningCoordinate material movement activities, including inventory rebalancing, move orders, and inventory reclassificationReview material shortages, inventory gaps, and fulfillment constraints while supporting mitigation effortsMaintain alignment between connectivity inventory data and project demand signalsAssist with tracking material variances, delays, and inventory-related risksPerform routine data quality (DQ) checks across multiple systems of recordInvestigate and resolve inventory and material data discrepanciesSupport reporting administration, dashboard monitoring, and data validation activitiesDevelop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metricsAssist with automated reporting processes and data refresh activitiesLeverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiencySupport connectivity demand signal submissions and data validation processesMaintain accurate inventory and demand planning recordsPartner with planning, procurement, and construction teams to ensure material requirements are accurately reflected in systemsAssist in identifying risks associated with inventory shortages, schedule impacts, and fulfillment gapsMaintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and program knowledge resourcesSupport the creation and maintenance of training materials and process guidesDocument inventory processes, business requirements, and operational workflowsCapture meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activitiesCollaborate with supply chain, procurement, construction, planning, and business operations teamsParticipate in inventory reviews, planning meetings, and operational status updatesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, reporting, and process efficiencyEscalate inventory risks, data issues, and fulfillment concerns to stakeholders as appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field2+ years of experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, material controls, procurement, or related disciplinesExperience working with inventory, demand planning, procurement, or material management processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with large datasets and performing data validation activitiesFamiliarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or construction programsExperience with ERP, inventory management, or planning systemsFamiliarity with SmartBOM, Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, or similar platformsExperience creating dashboards and automated reporting solutionsExperience leveraging AI tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automationUnderstanding of demand planning, inventory forecasting, and material fulfillment processesBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth insurance401k with employer matchFlexible PTORemote workPhilanthropic Matching Gift Program And moreā¦Competitive benefitsRemote work experiencesFlexible work arrangementsVarious career development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsCompany OverviewAvicado is a construction technology consultancy that offers cloud-based technologies for collaboration, communication and project controls.
