**Overview:** We are seeking a Senior Project Technical Designer to join our client, a people-centered design firm that empowers teams to do their best work through a culture built on collaboration, curiosity, mentorship, and technical excellence. As a Senior Project Technical Designer, you will lead the production of construction documents, guide consultant coordination, and oversee construction administration for a diverse range of commercial interior projects. **Responsibilities:** • Lead the production of construction documents • Guide consultant coordination • Oversee construction administration for a diverse range of commercial interior projects • Mentor junior designers • Ensure documentation excellence • Serve as the team's building code and accessibility expert • Act as a trusted technical advisor, bringing clarity, foresight, and judgment to every phase of a project • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA- or NCARB-accredited program • 8+ years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design • Registered Interior Designer or actively pursuing registration (must be registered within one year) • Engagement in professional organizations such as IIDA or AIA • Expert knowledge of parametric modeling, visualization, and graphic and office software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic • Comfortable working in a hybrid studio environment-minimum 3 days in office • A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients • *Benefits:** This is an opportunity to join a thoughtful, high-performing studio where your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to design integrity will directly shape project outcomes and client success.
