[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst who will utilize Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools to generate accurate reports on the firm’s prior involvement with parties involved in potential new business.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business conflicts of interest reports according to department procedures, utilizing Intapp Open conflicts software and available online research toolsHave a working knowledge of all department standard operating procedures and understand conflicts request workflowUnderstand basic conflicts of interest principles as taught by the National Conflicts Manager and Conflicts AttorneysDemonstrate sound judgment in managing your assignments in relation to firm and department prioritiesHave the ability to interpret and analyze information.
