[Remote] Compliance Analyst

F&I Sentinel is a regulator compliance company for third-party F&I contracts in the auto finance space, and they are seeking a Compliance Analyst. The Compliance Analyst will review contracts related to vehicle maintenance and protection products, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulations, while also identifying process improvements.ResponsibilitiesPerform contract review for compliance with lender business requirements, federal and state regulations, and consumer protectionCollaborate with fellow Compliance Attorneys/Analysts and Product Supervisors on how to manage new or novel contracts or components in contract submissionsBecome a subject matter expert on Finance and Insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industrySupport Client Success team members with customer requests/inquiries related to contract reviewsCreate, maintain, and update intra-departmental operational efficiencies (e.g., systems, processes, etc.) as necessary; proactively recommend changes or new templates based on company needsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in legal studies, business law, business administration, risk management and insurance or related field2-4 years' experience with compliance and/or regulatory contract review highly preferredAbility to understand a variety of terms and conditions within legal contractsAdaptability and flexibilityExtremely thorough with a strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work collaboratively with a teamAbility to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all involved partiesAbility to effectively communicate in writing and verballyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteTechnical proficiencyMust be comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentHigh level of personal accountability and ownership for the success of the contracts teamExperience working in a legal setting – law firm, regulatory environment, regulated industries1-2 years' experience working remotelyBenefitsRemote work environment with flexibility.Competitive compensation and benefits, including life insurance and long-term disability coverage.Bar dues reimbursement for one state.Company OverviewF&I Sentinel offers unparalleled expertise in finance and insurance product regulation with robust software.
