[Remote] Complaint Res Analyst

The Complaint Resolution Analyst position is responsible for researching, investigating, and resolving member and provider complaints, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Researches, investigates and coordinates resolution to member and/or provider complaints
ā¢ Utilizes IMAC database to extract complaint information and tracking log
ā¢ Ensures complaint resolutions meet State timing requirements to ensure compliance
ā¢ Gathers data to compile monthly and quarterly statistical reports
ā¢ Conducts extensive follow-up with internal areas
ā¢ Writes complaint resolution letters to physicians and members
ā¢ Reviews the complaint database report weekly and follow-up on outstanding issues
ā¢ Completes and/or assist with monthly reporting requirements
ā¢ Performs any other duties as assigned by management
Skills
ā¢ High School Diploma/GED required
ā¢ Requires 2 years customer service or health care experience
ā¢ Requires knowledge of health care delivery systems
ā¢ Requires knowledge of PC's and related software
ā¢ Requires strong verbal and written communications skills
ā¢ Requires strong analytical and logical thinking
ā¢ Requires use of good grammar, diction and articulation
ā¢ Requires good computer skills
ā¢ Requires conflict resolution skills
ā¢ Requires customer focus with excellent listening skills
ā¢ Requires focus on quality
ā¢ Prefers knowledge of State and Federal regulations
