They are seeking a Senior Communications Consultant – Product & Design to craft strategic and visually impactful solutions, addressing client challenges and driving desired employee behaviors within the Consumer Experience practice.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrating passion and the ability to collaborate and partner with others to create forward-thinking solutionsCollaborating with teams to define aesthetics, guides key deliverables, and leads visual concept development and executionParticipating in brainstorming and creative sessions, while collaborating with colleagues and client teams to inspire and develop creative solutionsManaging multiple projects and prioritizing work to effectively manage budgets and meet project deadlinesAdvocating continuous learning about the creative process, principles and techniques, and software programsManaging contract resources and providing art direction and over-the-shoulder delivery knowledge and expertiseArticulating communication goals, audience needs, and creative rationale to internal team members and clientsSkills8+ years of design experience and art direction in agency and in-house studio experienceHave exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategyBe able to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly to build credibilityDisplay excellent organizational and project management skills. Be able to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add valueDemonstrate presentation, business development and selling skillsHave a high-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends. Having experience in XD (IN5) will be idealHave a design portfolio with extensive digital work and proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work spanning multiple platformsDemonstrate knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and printHave BFA or BA in related field.
