They are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to support commercial planning, deliver reliable reporting, and maintain operational rigor across sales tools and workflows.ResponsibilitiesSupport commercial planning processes including quota setup, territory assignments, and sales coverage analysisAssist with compensation plan administration by preparing data, tracking performance, and supporting reporting needsHelp document and reinforce established commercial policies, workflows, and expectationsProvide operational support to inside sales and commercial support (CSS) teams by helping clarify processes, handoffs, and reporting requirementsPrepare pricing, margin, and deal analysis under existing pricing and discount guidelinesSupport deal desk workflows by coordinating deal submissions, preparing analyses, and tracking approvalsMaintain pricing reference materials, deal templates, and supporting documentationPartner with Finance and Sales to support review of non-standard deals requiring approvalProduce recurring sales, pipeline, and revenue reports for sales leadershipBuild and maintain dashboards within CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline health, bookings, and sales activitySupport forecasting processes by compiling data, updating forecasts, and analyzing variancesTranslate data into clear summaries and insights for sales leaders and internal stakeholdersServe as a day-to-day operational administrator for the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), focused on reporting, user support, and data hygieneMonitor data quality and ensure consistent use of CRM processes by sales teamsPartner with IT or external vendors to support minor system enhancements and issue resolutionAssist with documentation of standard opportunity management and reporting processesWork closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to meet ongoing commercial reporting and operational needsSupport commercial operations projects such as reporting enhancements, process updates, and new tool adoptionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting clarityParticipate in change management activities by supporting communication and training related to commercial processesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or related rolesExposure to sales analytics, forecasting, compensation support, and CRM reportingIn-depth understanding of CRM platforms, with a preference for SalesforceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel capabilitiesExperience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and service teams, in a collaborative environmentProven ability to manage and improve operational processes and workflowsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsSkilled in organizing and interpreting data to create clear, actionable reportsCapable of analyzing data and generating reports for senior leadershipDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complianceLeadership experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAbility to travel domestically as neededMust be able to successfully pass a background check and a drug test prior to starting positionAdvanced degree or certifications a plusExperience supporting sales teams in a B2B or healthcare-related environment preferredWorking knowledge of reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plusExperience preferably within the healthcare or medical device industryBenefitsPaid time offHealthcare insurance (medical dental, and vision coverage)Accident insurance, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insuranceShort term (employee paid) and long-term disability (employer paid)Life insurance (including supplemental, spouse and child)401K plan with company matchingContinuous learning and development - offering opportunities for training, workshops, and certificationsOur fun and inclusive work environment celebrates diversity and fosters growth, making every day an opportunity to thriveCompany OverviewPrescott's Med is a privately held healthcare firm.
