Job Overview

We are in search of skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to transition into the role of Oncology Case Manager, where you will leverage your clinical expertise to enhance patient care while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Ā• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and formulate personalized care plans.
Ā• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
Ā• Act as an advocate for patients, navigating them through the healthcare system to secure essential services and support.
Ā• Efficiently manage patient cases while fostering a nurturing and positive atmosphere.

Required Skills
Ā• A valid, unrestricted RN license in your state or a state with reciprocity.
Ā• Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ā• Proficiency in basic computer skills, with a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Ā• While previous case management experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Qualifications
Ā• Completion of a case management orientation program.
Ā• A minimum of two years of experience in acute care; oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
