This role involves managing claims programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure TPA compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and contractual requirementsFacilitate onboarding new clients and TPA partnersBuild relationships with client and partners to ensure clear communication, expectation and align on performance standardsLead quarterly and ad-hoc TPA due diligence reviewsDrive strategic and operational initiatives across internal and external partnershipsManage multiple priorities across TPAs and programsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teamsServe as escalation point for operational issues with internal partners, vendors and 3rd party providersPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by multiple parties up to and including executive leadershipMonitor claim funding accounts and reconciliation practicesAnalyze indemnity and expense trends for leakageAnalyze existing claims data and identify trends or performance gaps (severity, cycle time, litigation rates)Deliver insights to leadership and external TPA partnersFacilitate client meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-up actionsSkillsBachelor's Degree in related subject (Business) or equivalent combination of education and experience8+ years of property & casualty insurance experience, preferably in auto and liability claimsCommercial property and casualty experience or TPA governance experienceExperience working with TPAs or vendors and/or understanding of TPA oversight practicesProgram management backgroundBenefitsAnnual bonus eligibility for most roles401(k) with a company matchFlexible WorkplaceHome-Flex roles, working primarily from home, often with the flexibility to work from various locations including Mobilitas officesReasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities or other limitationsCompany-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible payCompany OverviewCSAA Insurance Group offers automobile, home and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members in 23 states and the District of Columbia.
