Responsibilities Customer Support: Handle tasks including managing payments, due dates, and account updates Financial Processing: Process ACH requests and provide accurate payoff quotes Collections: Conduct soft collections for accounts 1–45 days past due Negotiation: Establish and negotiate repayment plans with customers Research: Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information Performance: Maintain high efficiency within a high-volume contact center environment Skills High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume contact center Ability to obtain required collections licensing (costs covered by the organization) across multiple states Strong skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally Proficiency in navigating financial and customer management software Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage starting immediately.
