[Remote] Coach and Program Manager

They are seeking a Coach & Program Manager to enhance the member experience and manage program delivery within their Neuro-Fitness platform, focusing on community engagement and live events.ResponsibilitiesOwn and elevate the day-to-day member experience and programsManage the program curriculum, frameworks, and deliverySchedule and coordinate live events and content uploads within the Content Management SystemOversee the member newsletterLead live events and member trainingsEngage with the community via the platform community, email, whatsapp, and in 1:1 scenariosSkillsCamera ready - positive attitude, engaging, and must exceed at speaking live, interacting with members in a 1:1 or one-to-many scenariosExcellent communication skills - must exceed at maintaining multiple channels of communication; email, whatsapp, in-app community, team slack, etcTech savvy - Must be able to click through backend portals to set up events, troubleshoot with members, and interact with day-to-day company software for daily operations (i.e., Hubspot to load in emails for member newsletters)Excellent prioritization skills - able to take in a lot of information and requests and think, plan, and act accordingly alongside high level C-suite members of the team to make it happenAble to adapt, escalate, and make changes based on feedback from the community and awareness of community engagementExperience using AI for your role - able to speak on direct experiences where you utilize AI to support your day to day and long term activities1-3 years experience in program management, community leadership, coaching, or learning environmentsStrong ability to translate ideas into structured programs and experiencesComfort being client-facing, on-camera, and leading conversationsExperience working with or interest in AI tools and applied business use casesExceptional communication skills that drive clarity and actionHigh level of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving piecesBenefitsHealth insurancePTO401k (no match)Company OverviewNeuroGym specializes in developing neuro-technology that helps individuals maximize their potential.
