Procurement Analyst – Procurement Analyst 4

Job Description:
• Execute the procurement of materials, equipment and services including price, availability, and delivery schedule.
• Review requests for completeness and clarity, obtain missing information and provide timely response to purchase requests.
• Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQ’s), source selections, and analyze results.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Perform price analyses using a variety of FAR approved techniques.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance issues related to on time delivery and quality.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic purchasing records and data documenting performance and compliance.

Requirements:
• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
• 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Experience working with U.S. government contracts, including FAR/DFAR regulations including CPSR requirements.
• Ability to: Work both in a team and individually.
• Multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance. Prior Costpoint experience a plus.
