They are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to deliver streamlined solutions to complex technical challenges by engineering, implementing, and supporting cloud-based systems, ensuring performance and reliability in large-scale cloud environments.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and support Azure & OCI environmentsPerform advanced OS upgrades, patching, and system health checksManage Firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, serverless apps, and microservicesOperate observability stacksAnalyze logs and telemetry for performance optimization and RCAAutomate tasks with Python, Bash, or ShellImplement Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Python)Manage TLS/SSL certificates, secrets, and PKI processesSupport USGOV Azure, Oracle, AWS and vulnerability remediation effortsMaintain security accreditation and documentationDeploy and optimize Kubernetes workloads and Docker containersSkills10 + years of related experienceStrong networking experience troubleshooting and designing, especially cloud VPN deploymentsStrong Firewall experience with network and cloud firewalls, able to troubleshoot firewall issues across native cloud and device firewallsManage and troubleshoot onâprem network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPNs, and enterprise connectivityNetwork engineering - previous routing / switching / firewall experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, and Cisco firewalls, routers, and switchesImplement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and highâavailability configurations across missionâcritical environmentsExperience with cloud networks âhow cloud networks differ from traditional networking, focus on Azure Cloud and Oracle CloudAutomation experience - developing and supporting automation for you previous jobs, focused on ansible experience or general python experience as it applies to cloud and networksComfortable with navigating Linux, network routers, etcContainers â experience with container networking including Kubernetes and cloud native container servicesDNS â experience with cloud DNS and how DNS affects data flows across cloudsProject Management â experience on gathering minimal viable requirements and independently working through solutions to delivery.
