Seeking experienced Sales associates offering a fully remote position with the ability to travel and company provided warm leads. At AO, you can work from anywhere in the world! On top of that, we host quarterly company retreats to destinations such as Spain, New Zealand and Greece.Join our amazing team of driven individuals for an opportunity to grow your career with management opportunities in your first 6 months and uncapped commissions, paid weekly. AO will give you the training and support to succeed, while you have the freedom to explore the world and set your own hours.Responsibilities:Licensing: Obtain Life and Health insurance licenses in your resident state.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AO's product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to potential customers.
Collaboration: Daily engagement with your team via virtual office, participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
Requirements:Minimum 2 years sales experience
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
