[Remote] Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Project Analyst

The University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Project Analyst to work within the Office of Clinical Trials. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to assist in building calendars and budgets for clinical trials using the OnCore system, ensuring compliance with study protocols and ongoing support of clinical research activities.ResponsibilitiesStay current on new and evolving institutional changes as they relate to policy, pricing, budgeting, etc., for clinical trial data captured in OnCoreThis position supports the Office of Clinical Trials and its affiliates with translating research study protocols and related documents into calendars of events and financials within Oncore, as well as ongoing activities in the OnCore applicationBuild and configure electronic study calendars with budget details for clinical trial data capture in accordance with the terms of the protocolUpdate OnCore protocol information as amendments occur to the protocol calendar/ budgetDevelop a prioritization schema to aid in workload management for calendar and budget build tasksPerform system testing as directed and quality control of application functionality during application upgradesAssist the help desk in supporting current customers who encounter problems or have questionsCollaborate with direct supervisor, finance team, clinical research team, project manager, health system representatives, consultants, and vendors to ensure overall completion of goals, schedules, and deadlinesOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in clinical research, science, health sciences, or a directly related field from an accredited institutionOne (1) year of experience in a clinical research settingApplicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hireApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorshipPrior experience in building calendars with OnCore at an academic medical centerExperience with other CTMS or financial data systems in support of clinical researchExperience providing technical support to customersExperience reading and interpreting clinical research protocolsBenefitsMedical: Multiple plan optionsDental: Multiple plan optionsAdditional Insurance: Disability, Life, VisionRetirement 401(a) Plan: Employer contributes 10% of your gross payPaid Time Off: Accruals over the yearVacation Days: 22/year (maximum accrual 352 hours)Sick Days: 15/year (unlimited maximum accrual)Holiday Days: 15/yearTuition Benefit: Employees have access to this benefit on all CU campusesECO Pass: Reduced rate RTD Bus and light rail serviceCompany OverviewUniversity of Colorado offers higher education and serving as the catalysts in business, arts, health, and community growth.
