Haemonetics is a dynamic company seeking a Clinical Specialist responsible for providing clinical sales support for Vascade and EnsoETM products. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and healthcare professionals to enhance product adoption and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Account Manager to provide direct, in-field case support during procedures utilizing Vascade and/or EnsoETMServe as the primary clinical resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for Vascade and EnsoETMContribute to the annual sales quotas and commercial targets by leveraging clinical expertise to drive product adoption, expand usage within existing accounts, and identify new business opportunitiesDeliver in-services, presentations, and workshops to drive awareness and adoptionMeet with existing and potential customers to understand their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and provide creative and feasible solutions using company productsCollaborate closely with the Account Managers to develop and execute a strategic account plan that aligns clinical activities with sales goals, focusing on maximizing utilization and market penetrationIdentify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and administrative staffSupport monitoring of product inventory levelsServe as the subject matter expert in vascular closure/esophageal cooling, supporting clinical conversations by connecting relevant data to key messaging and actively engaging in procedural and technical discussions with customersCollect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, clinical affairs). ·Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. ·Maintain clinical proficiency and stay current with evolving standards of care within Vascular Closure, Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Care. ·Understand competition and competitive landscape in existing territory. ·Support new product launches and clinical trials as assignedSkillsBachelors of Arts or Science or equivalent medical training (Required)2+ Years direct experience in the medical device industry (preferred)3+ Years Strong clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular or cardiac surgery (preferred)Solid Clinical knowledge in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgeryExcellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical orientation with the ability to influence a variety of clinician, nurse, and lab tech personality typesAbility to persuasively communicate and tailor the Interventional Technologies Value PropositionAnalytical with financial acumen (understanding of how our products performance and data impacts a health system's bottom line)Ability to maintain a good working relationship while dealing with sensitive and confidential mattersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail to maintain records and process reportsA thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory's customer baseDemonstrates strong emotional intelligence with proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills in high-stakes clinical environmentsAdaptability, professionalism, and customer focusCollaboration across sales and clinical teams to achieve shared goalsSelf-driven with the ability to operate independently as the primary on-site representative for the companyKnowledge of MS office systemsMedical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant)Previous experience providing clinical education and training to staff members is preferredBenefitsA 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting periodAn employee stock purchase plan“flexible time off” for salaried employeesFor hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure)Accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick timePaid and/or floating holidaysParental leaveShort- and long-term disability insuranceTuition reimbursementHealth and welfare benefitsSales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms for sales rolesDiscretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms for non-sales rolesEmployees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the roleCompany OverviewHaemonetics is a global medical technology company that provides Blood Management and Interventional Technologies.
