Remote National Recruiter: The firm provides staff augmentation, full-time and executive search services to fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, including a range of high-profile clients. Excellent opportunity. Base Salary + aggressive commission plan. The successful candidate will be expected to work online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the most attractive candidates. For the right candidate there will be immediate leadership opportunities that will involve crafting and executing recruiting strategies and building a world class recruiting team. Responsibilities: Proactively source, screen and provide a shortlist of candidates for a variety of roles from IT to Finance and Accounting to Sales and Customer Service. Participate in strategy sessions to identify ways in which we can increase diversity in our candidate pools. Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for selected open roles including resume search, review, phone screens, scheduling interviews, presenting and closing offers. Coordinate with management and Admin team to list, monitor, extend and manage online job board postings. Support in all recruiting operations such as managing role requests from hiring managers, interpreting job requisitions, buidling and optimizing boolean search strings, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data on job boards Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates and current employees Monitor and coordinate activities and search efforts of junior recruiting staff. Key Qualifications: Successful track record and history of recruiting for full-time and staff augmentation roles Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and knowledge of best practices in building diverse pipelines of talent. Experience building effective Boolean search strings. Experience and high proficiency in using applicant tracking systems. Analytical thinker: ability to collect, gather and analyze data from multiple sources Excellent organization skills, tracking calendars, campaigns, sourcing strategies Ability to meet multiple deadlines in changing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Perks of working with us / What we offer: Eligibility for Health, dental and vision insurance Participation in Company 401K plan w/ Employer Match
