[Remote] Clinical Specialist - Advanced Wound Care

The Clinical Specialist will support the growth of the Advanced Wound Care portfolio by providing clinical education, customer support, and product evaluation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training on skin health and advanced wound care to internal sales teams and external customersProvide clinical education sessions virtually and/or onsite as neededServe as a point of contact for customer-facing clinical inquiries, supporting sales representatives in pre- and post-sale activitiesPartner with the sales team to provide best-in-class customer experience and drive product adoptionParticipate in customer meetings and product demonstrationsSupport product evaluations and trials by providing clinical guidance and feedback to the product management teamCollect and synthesize clinical feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and positioningAssist in the coordination and support of customer-initiated product studies or evaluations as neededSkillsMust be a licensed RN; BSN preferredCertification in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing (CWOCN) strongly desired5+ years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on wound care, ostomy, continence, or skin healthExperience in clinical education or training (internal and/or customer-facing)Familiarity with product evaluations, feedback processes, and supporting clinical trials or studies is a plusExperience presenting to and communicating with cross-functional teamsCompany OverviewSol-Millennium Medical Group designs, manufactures, and distributes medical devices and personal protective equipment for people.
