The Clinical Revenue Cycle Sr Associate will oversee clinical revenue management tasks and optimize charge capture projects, applying expertise to support clients and enhance revenue cycle efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects for Professional Billing customersApply both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clientsLeverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategiesEnhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cyclesCollaborate with various levels of client leadershipSkillsA bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable)3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on professional billing coding and chargingPrevious experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutionsExpertise in professional revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on physician coding and charge capture processes, is requiredStrong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA, CPMA) is expectedDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staffExceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to drive decision-making and process improvementOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesPrior experience in sales or business development is a plus, showcasing the ability to foster client relationships and grow business opportunitiesThis position requires up to 25% travel to client sites as neededCPC CertificationCPPM CertificationCCDS-O CertificationEpic PB Resolute Billing AdministrationCharge Capture and Coding ExperienceCompany OverviewKodiak Solutions offers services for finance, revenue cycle, and compliance teams to manage resources and reduce risk.
