Rotational Quality Engineer

The Rotational Quality Engineer will engage in projects to enhance business productivity and profitability, drive corrective actions, and lead quality assurance processes. Responsibilities Engage in projects that significantly drive the business productivity and profitability Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving Lead and participate in Process Failure Mode and Affect Analysis (PFMEA) and dimensional engineering strategies Create quality documents, lead product and process qualification, and complete audit processes Gather and analyze data through statistical techniques while using computer software tools, such as Excel or Minitab, to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plans and work instructions Perform and analyze fabrication and assembly equipment process capability studies and developing process validation plans and documenting results Skills GPA 3.0 or higher B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree Previous Internship or Co-op Experience Leadership/involvement on campus or in the community Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment Must be willing to travel up to 25% when required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learner with high level of ambition and drive Benefits 401 (k) Plan, Employer Fixed Contributions & Company Matching Profit Sharing Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Maternity Leave & Paid Parental Leave Career Growth Planning & Nationwide Career Opportunities PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
