[Remote] Clinical Referral Specialist

They are seeking a full-time Clinical Referral Specialist responsible for the timely and accurate processing of catastrophic referrals, including managing telephonic and electronic referrals and providing professional customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage telephonic and electronic referrals from carrier representatives/sales teams, including conducting of intake interview, assignments, completion and posting of referral in coordination and/or consult with Manager, Referral Operations or delegateConfidently manage referral email inboxesAttend ongoing training/calls as neededAble to decipher geographical locations accurate and make accurate decisions based on sameProvide professional and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers. Act as a liaison, for internal and external customers.
