They are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, managing, maintaining, and securing cloud infrastructure while ensuring performance, uptime, and scalability.ResponsibilitiesDesigning , building, managing, maintaining, and securing HMG's cloud infrastructure (virtual machines, containers, virtual private cloud network, identity management, storage, database and serverless services)Ensure cloud infrastructure performance, uptime, and scaleSecure cloud infrastructure in accordance with security policiesWork with Product Engineering teams to implement and improve CI/CD pipelinesBe a persistent, creative problem solverMaintaining an eye toward security, scalability, performance, and maintainabilityWork in an agile environment along with Product EngineeringParticipating in a mostly remote, results-driven working environmentSkills3+ years of AWS Cloud experience; architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platformsUnderstanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected frameworkStrong Windows and/or Linux server administration skillsProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CDIn-depth knowledge of AWS networking services (Organizations, Control Tower, VPC, EC2, ELB, Route 53, Transit Gateway, and VPC Peering), Compute (EC2, Lambda), containers (docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Fargate), and cloud-native services (S3, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch)Expertise in securing cloud infrastructure and implementing security toolingStrong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networksWorking knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Access ManagementCompany OverviewConsultNet is a talent solutions company that helps businesses solve complex challenges by integrating talent, technology, and scalable delivery models.
