They are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth, focusing on building qualified candidate pipelines.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelinesSource candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associationsConduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databasesBuild and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needsScreen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fitShare market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerationsSkills5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicineStrong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirementsProven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare rolesExperience using AI within the recruiting processAbility to independently manage multiple concurrent searchesStrong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreachExperience with Lever or a comparable ATSCompany OverviewCurai Health is a virtual care company that uses artificial intelligence to provide chat-based primary care at a lower cost.
