[Remote] Clinical Project Manager - CNS / Neuro

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership of one or complex projects in the delivery of services and key milestones to make sure that projects are delivered according to the client expectations and project scope, time schedules and budgetDevelop study-specific documentation in collaboration with Compliance and study teamsMonitor progress against plans, KPIs, and budgets; adjust as neededIdentify and mitigate risks proactivelyReport progress to sponsors, internal stakeholders, and steering committeesAct as the day-to-day contact for sponsors and project teamsDrive process improvements and contribute to departmental growthManage project finances and support proposals and bid defense meetingsResolve complex challenges through effective stakeholder engagementSkillsAcademic degree, preferably in a biomedical fieldMinimum 7 years' experience in clinical trials (pharma and/or CRO), with at least 5 years as Project Manager.
