[Remote] Clinical Informatics Analyst -Epic Certified-Gold Star Project
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NTT DATA is currently seeking an Epic Certified Clinical Informatics Analyst for a Gold Star Project to join their U.S. remote team. This role facilitates the integration of clinical information systems to enhance patient care and operational efficiency by collaborating with clinicians and IT teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between clinicians, operational teams, and IT to optimize clinical information systems and workflowsLead basic to moderately complex projects, including planning, execution, and evaluationConduct analysis of clinical and organizational needs and recommend solutions, tools, and process improvementsCollaborate with clinicians to assess current and future technology needs and align workflows with integrated systemsMap current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and usabilityMake recommendations to leadership regarding new processes, system enhancements, and service improvementsEstablish daily priorities for assigned workgroups and provide guidance on non-routine or escalated issuesParticipate in the development and implementation of organizational policies related to clinical information managementEnsure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and information system standardsDevelop and deliver training materials to support end-user adoption and effective use of clinical technologiesLead and facilitate workgroups focused on system design, workflow optimization, and implementation strategiesRecruit and collaborate with clinicians for design sessions, validation, and user acceptance testingPrepare and communicate project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadershipCreate test scenarios, test scripts, and lead user acceptance testing activitiesResolve complex or sensitive project-related issues and manage resources to meet strategic goalsProvide subject-matter expertise in clinical workflows, policies, and healthcare processesIdentify and drive continuous process improvement initiativesSkills7+ years of hands-on experience with Epic EHR systems5+ years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including data navigation and interpretation5+ years of experience supporting and/or working within clinical workflows across both ambulatory and acute care settingsEpic certification (ie.
