They are seeking a Clinical Educator to provide high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions in acute care environments, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure successful adoption and use of their technology.ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needsProvide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settingsAssess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordinglySupport system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needsProvide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementationsPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical useConduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoptionMaintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sitesServe as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems SolutionsProvide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures (on-call rotation begins after one year in role)Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectivelySkillsRegistered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settingsStrong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoringExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clinical audiencesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts and prioritiesHighly independent and self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously in the fieldStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, nursing leadership, and internal teamsTechnical aptitude to understand product specifications and translate them into practical clinical applicationFlexible and adaptable, able to manage last-minute schedule changes in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookField-based role requiring approximately 85% travel by car or airMust reside within 40 miles of a major airportAbility to stand and deliver training sessions for 2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per dayAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during implementations and on-site supportAbility to lift and carry equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds and push carts through clinical environmentsBSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experienceExperience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs strongly preferredBenefits401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementPaid time offDisability coverageFSA/HSA optionsCompany OverviewMindray North America is a company that develops, manufactures, and markets medical devices worldwide.
