The Clinical Adoption Product Manager will serve as the clinical and workflow domain expert for the Cardiology product team, ensuring that product solutions enhance patient care through efficient workflows and accurate clinical decisions.ResponsibilitiesAct as the clinical and workflow domain expert for Cardiology CPACS and CVIS product solutions, supporting both invasive and non-invasive Cardiovascular and ECG workflowsStay current with the latest cardiology trends, clinical guidelines, industry standards, and emerging technologies, and translate insights into actionable product inputSupport product discovery, planning, and roadmap activities by providing clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and best-practice recommendationsSupport execution and delivery phases by reviewing designs, validating workflows, and advising on clinically appropriate and efficient solutionsPerform clinical evaluation and validation of new and existing capabilities to ensure accuracy, usability, and real-world clinical relevanceProvide clinical support and guidance for regulatory and compliance processes, including clinical input for documentation, validation activities, audits, pre and post market risk assessments, and regulatory submissionsServe as the clinical focal point during customer implementation phases, guiding workflow definition, configuration decisions, and professional services best practicesDefine and promote best-practice clinical workflows and configuration guidance to drive adoption, efficiency, and consistencyProvide clinical input to issue resolution and escalations, supporting product and engineering teams in addressing workflow or clinical logic challengesSkills5+ years of clinical experience in a US health system environment, with a background in cardiology and hands-on experience across invasive and/or noninvasive workflowsAbility to travel up to 25% in the USExperience in applying clinical expertise to product development, workflow design, and clinical system evaluationDemonstrated decision-making mindset, with the ability to evaluate clinical tradeoffs, balance competing priorities, and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations in a product contextAbility to stay up to date with evolving cardiology practices, guidelines, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge in a product contextSolid ability to learn quickly and independently, adapting to new technologies, workflows, and clinical domainsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate clinical concepts to product, engineering, sales, and customer teamsPassion for improving patient care, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency through technologyBenefitsA comprehensive benefits packageIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Company OverviewOptum provides primary care and optical care services.
