Engage with Chewy's pharmacy customer base through multiple communication platforms, offering direct support and addressing various topics. This will primarily involve receiving inbound calls and fielding other forms of correspondence.
Identify and address customer issues by utilizing problem-solving techniques and thorough research. Proactive follow-up is crucial to ensure the customers needs are fully met.
