[Remote] Clinical Administrator (Part-Time)

The Clinical Administrator will support the clinical team with scheduling, attendance, data collection, and technology issues to ensure efficient care delivery for clients.ResponsibilitiesOpen groups and ensure technical setup for day's expected clientsVirtual interaction with clients -- welcoming them to group, answering questionsFacilitates client and group facilitator virtual entry during treatment sessionMonitors group attendance and helps to contact any absent clientsVerifies and publishes group attendance for all days and times of treatmentEffectively communicates client absences, technological difficulties, or clinical concerns with relevant team members, clients, and familiesProvides clients and families with calendar invitations and text reminders to treatment sessionsTrack and monitor alumni or family groups as neededAdminister surveysOther duties as assignedSkillsW2 part-time roleMust be available for 10 hours/week minimumWork authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiencyHave access to reliable technology resources & WiFi to work in a remote settingHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficientlyProficiency with cloud-based communication and software–Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMRLimited proficiency in Microsoft Office–Excel, or Google SheetsClinical Administrators must have availability: Monday - Thursday from 3-8pm MT (highly preferred) or Monday - Thursday from 10-2pm MTFriday/Saturday availability highly preferredPrevious expertise working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients in both individual and group settings is highly preferredBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.The cost for this background check will be paid for in full by Charlie Health.Company OverviewVirtual behavioral health clinic for high acuity youth It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
