Experience
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Experience with sales processes is a plus, as it helps in understanding client needs better.
