Hilton is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our client relations department, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of our company and enhancing client satisfaction.
• *Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a high level of professional interaction.
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Actively listen to client concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve any client-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.

3. **Relationship Building:**
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to foster lasting relationships and encourage client loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to clients for feedback, satisfaction surveys, and follow-ups to ensure continued engagement.

4. **Service Improvement:**
- Identify trends in client inquiries and suggest process improvements to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional client service.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing client feedback and highlighting areas for improvement.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes that may affect client's needs.
• *Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, internship or related experience in customer service is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about delivering remarkable client experiences.
- Confident in communicating and engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team setting.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) to interact with clients and team members.
