They are seeking a Client Insights Analyst to support reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance analytics capabilities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of recurring reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytical outputsConduct analysis of platform, product performance and customer behavior data to help identify trends, anomalies, and business driversTake well-scoped business questions and translate them into clear analytical approaches, outputs, and findingsWrite, validate, and maintain SQL queries used for reporting, analysis, and dashboard supportPerform quality assurance on dashboards, datasets, metrics, and recurring deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistencyInvestigate business questions and summarize findings in a clear, organized, and business-relevant wayExplain your analytical approach, methodology, and findings to internal teams and, as needed, in client-facing settingsContribute to documentation, metric definitions, data dictionaries, and reporting methodology to support a consistent source of truthPartner with Data Solutions, Product, and Engineering teammates to troubleshoot data issues and clarify reporting logicSupport the Client Insights Lead in preparing materials for client-facing deliverables, working sessions, and business reviewsSkills3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related roleStrong SQL skills and experience using data to answer business questions, support reporting, and analyze performance trendsExperience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools; Tableau experience preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills, with the ability to identify trends, interpret results, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and communicate findingsStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAwareness of responsible data handling practicesAlignment with iSeatz core values, including collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and customer focusExperience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platformsExperience in travel, eCommerce, marketplaces, loyalty, or digital consumer productsExperience supporting client-facing analytics, reporting, or product teamsExposure to product analytics, conversion analysis, or digital web analyticsFamiliarity with data governance concepts and data privacy and security best practicesBenefitsCompetitive compensationA comprehensive suite of benefitsRobust health insuranceA 401(k) plan with company matchingGenerous paid time offUp to eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible caregiversA remote-first company that values flexibility and autonomyAn annual professional development allowanceCompany OverviewOne of the most powerful booking engines for ancillary travel products in the market today.
