[Remote] Class Action Paralegal
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Republican Jobs is leading the search for a Paralegal – Class Action & Privacy Litigation to join a well-regarded law firm. This remote role offers the opportunity to support attorneys on high-stakes privacy-related class action cases. Responsibilities • Provide litigation support for attorneys handling privacy-related class action lawsuits. • Prepare and file documents using Electronic Case Filing (ECF) systems in federal courts. • Assist with the organization, review, and production of discovery documents. • Draft and edit legal documents including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas. • Support attorneys in trial preparation. Skills • Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience with a focus on class action litigation. • Demonstrated expertise in ECF filing systems. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
