Job Title: Eligibility Representative Location: Chicago, IL - Remote Duration: 9-Months Contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr. Job Overview: We are seeking an Eligibility Representative to provide essential administrative support within the Eligibility department. This role involves updating and maintaining eligibility data through automated systems and manual processes, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate, timely customer information. Key Responsibilities: • Implement, update, and maintain eligibility data using automated and manual methods • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve eligibility-related issues • Review reports to identify and correct data discrepancies • Work with internal systems to address and resolve errors • Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Eligibility guidelines Qualifications: • General knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, and C • Preferred experience in healthcare insurance, enrollment, and eligibility • Strong data entry and enrollment experience highly preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service orientation Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
