- Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for streaming services

- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference
- Collaborating with other support agents and departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Reliable and driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Familiarity with streaming services and tech-savvy mindset
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
