- Utilize research skills to identify solutions to customer issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of TJX's policies, products, and services.
- Adhere to company guidelines while resolving complex issues and escalate situations to management if necessary.
- **Documentation:**
- Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Continuously update knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve team efficiencies.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in different time zones to share knowledge and strategies for improving customer service effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
- **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Provide insights and suggestions on customer trends or recurring issues to management for product and service improvements.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support or remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
