**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. You'll also be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer issues, and processing orders, forms, and requests. **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat)
* Communicate with customers to acknowledge and resolve issues
* Process orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Encouraging and motivating personality
* Polished and professional demeanor
* Self-motivation and discipline
* Ambitious and competitive nature
* Highly evolved customer service skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a call center environment
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
