**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Generate sales leads that develop into new customers

* Process orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

* Highly evolved customer service skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center environment
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
