Remote Chat Support Associate
We are seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team at Charles Schwab in Austin, Texas. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dedicated, and possess strong decision-making and research skills.

- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance
- Utilize resources and knowledge base to accurately and efficiently respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to conduct research and problem-solve effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
