[Remote] Peoplesoft Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their PeopleSoft Workforce Administration project. The role involves leading enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives, managing project delivery, and coordinating various resources across multiple workstreams to ensure successful execution and delivery of project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processesManage project delivery from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and project closureCoordinate business, technical, HR, payroll, vendor, and stakeholder resources across multiple workstreamsServe as the primary project leader responsible for execution, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomesSkills8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise application initiatives5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizationsDemonstrated experience delivering Workforce Administration (WFA) implementations or enhancementsExperience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationshipsProven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, and change management activitiesStrong executive communication, governance, risk management, and issue resolution skillsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, and resource plansDemonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, anticipate downstream impacts, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects to successful executionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMaster's degree preferredPMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certification preferredExperience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiativesKnowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactionsExperience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activitiesPeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environmentsHigher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized workforce experienceExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolioCompany OverviewNavitas Partners LLC is a diversity led business, headquartered in NJ, as a dynamic IT professional services and workforce solutions company.
