[Remote] Charge Capture Rules Analyst

The Charge Capture Rules Analyst will maintain the Charge Integrity SaaS solution's big data charge capture functionality and work collaboratively to improve efficiency and end product results.ResponsibilitiesPerforming updates and ongoing maintenance to data elements that leverage applied mathematics to uncover missed charges and coding variancesUtilize SQL to update and maintain evidence-based charge integrity rulesRecommends and assists in implementing solutions to complex issuesParticipates actively in applicable meetings, discussions and other such undertakings relevant to Charge Integrity SaaS Solution performanceEffectively executes project work plans while retaining the ability to revise plans as dictated by evolving needs and/or requirementsRemains active within the healthcare industry as it pertains to matters of charging practices so as to maintain an ongoing awareness of best practices, evolving trends and industry standardsSkillsBachelor degree or higherCapable of analyzing large quantities of data, identifying patterns, and summarizing by priorityDemonstrates effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, exercises sound judgment, and commitment to teamworkHighly self-motivated, desire to succeed, and strong attention to detailKnowledge of charge capture terminology and charge capture best practicesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAble to multi-task and set prioritiesExcellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skillsMS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including the ability to capture and manipulate data at a high level in MS Excel spreadsheetsUnderstanding of SQL and database structuresBackground in revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or healthcare codingBenefitsCompetitive total rewards (base salary + bonus, if applicable)Customizable benefits package (3 medical plans with Health Saving Account company match)We offer generous paid time off for our non-exempt team members, starting with 3 weeks + 13 paid holidays, including 2 personal floating holidays.
