[Remote]  Change Management Communications Consultant

Mavensoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Management Communications Consultant to provide strategic communications support for the implementation and launch of a new public-facing online platform. The consultant will collaborate with leadership and project teams to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement during the transition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic communication plans supporting the rolloutEvaluate and enhance existing communication strategies and outreach effortsAdvise project leadership on messaging, communication timing, and stakeholder engagement approachesTranslate complex technical project information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communicationsCreate communication materials that prepare customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other stakeholders for upcoming system changes and implementation milestonesSupport change-management communications and adoption initiativesParticipate in project meetings and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and stakeholder outreachSkillsProven experience developing and executing strategic communication plans for large-scale initiatives, technology implementations, or public-sector projectsStrong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiencesExperience supporting organizational change management and stakeholder engagement effortsExcellent writing, editing, and content development skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, project teams, and diverse stakeholder groupsExperience creating public-facing communication materials across multiple channelsExperience supporting enterprise software, digital transformation, or system implementation projectsExperience working with state or local government agenciesFamiliarity with accessibility requirements and inclusive communication practicesExperience engaging with Tribal governments, community organizations, and external stakeholdersExperience working with government agencies, public-sector organizations, Tribal governments, or large stakeholder groups is highly preferredCompany OverviewMavensoft Technologies is an IT company providing IT consultancy, development, and staffing services.
