Responsibilities
? Patient outreach to collect payments and coordinate payment plans
? Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes accordingly with patients
? Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services
? Customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address patient satisfaction
Skills & Abilities
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong math skills
? Ability to calculate profitability
? Strong prioritization and organizational skills
? Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders
? Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Requirements
? Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma /GED required.
? If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment.
? Prior pharmacy technician experience specifically with medication billing, preferred.
? Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.
? Ability to work a full-time, Monday - Friday schedule of 9:00AM until 5:30 PM.
