Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Documenting all interactions and transactions with customers accurately into our systems
Staying up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures to better assist customers
Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets as set by management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory as Delta Airlines provides thorough training for new hires
